Qasim has completed his M.Phil degree in virology and molecular pathology from Imperial College Studies Lahore and Honors bachelor of sciences degree in microbiology from Kohat University of Science and Technology. He started his career at Zeenat Laboratories as a Senior Technologist. Later, he joined the LIFE fertility Centre at Hameed Latif Hospital as an andrologist.
He has completed a 6 months international training program in embryology at the Vatsalya Fertility Centre in Nepal where he acquired the latest techniques in embryology science.
Outside work he enjoys cricket and reading.
